Hi, I am

My name is Kaitlyn Marron. I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. I received my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University and my Bachelors in Psychology from Iona College. I have previously worked in a majority of settings, including; hospitals, schools, in home, and community based. In the past 7 years, I have worked as a Behavioral Health Technician, Mobile Therapist, and Family Therapist. Currently, I work as an Individual Behavioral Health Service Clinical Supervisor for a non-profit mental health agency in Montgomery County. These roles have allowed me the opportunity to work closely with children, teens and adults.

How I Can Help...

I utilize an eclectic, collaborative, strengths-based, solution- focused, empathetic approach to therapy, with an emphasis on self-awareness and healing. I seek to establish a strong therapeutic relationship, that provides a warm, caring and honest environment to help you build upon your strengths, identify tools, and improve self-awareness and relationships. I value collaboration and welcome input from all team members, including family members, school staff, and other natural and professional supports.

I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, school avoidance, poor self-esteem, trauma and many other life stressors and diagnoses. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Eco-systemic Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma Art Narrative Therapy.

My goal as a therapist is to create an environment where my clients can safely discuss and process the complexities of their thoughts, feelings and personal experiences. I value the therapeutic relationship and look forward to helping you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.

When I am Not at Work....

When I am not at work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family, friends, and dog!
