Hi, I am

Hi! My name is Lindsay Brunswick. I am a licensed professional counselor who works with children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with worry, transition, and identity. My goal is to help all of my clients identify their strengths and develop skills for resilience and decision making so they can find their place in the world.

How I Can Help...

I completed my Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Central Florida and have been working in mental health for more than 15 years. I use a person centered, cognitive behavioral focus with my clients, and use a solution focused approach to help my client identify their areas for growth and find creative solutions.

I am deeply fascinated by our minds, and love learning about and teaching my clients why and how our brains do what they do.

I believe that a good foundation of resilience tools and accurate thinking can sometimes be key to moving on from difficult situations. Through teaching and real-world practice I help my clients learn new skills that help them handle transitions and challenges by seeing the world in a way that gives them more control over their actions and reactions.

When I am Not at Work....

I am a strong believer in self-care. I love knitting, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
