Hi, I am

Liz!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Counselor serving clients in Colorado. I offer a supportive environment where individuals can share their life’s experiences and resolve the challenges that can create barriers in their lives. Using an individualized, integrative approach, I promote healing and growth for the individuals and families I work with. I actively listen, provide targeted interventions and teach individuals effective problem solving to overcome issues in their life as they arise.

How I Can Help...

I graduated from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. I received a Master of Arts in Education, with an emphasis in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Addiction Counselor. I am also licensed by the Colorado Board of Education, as a Special Service Provider to serve students K-21. I have over 20 years experience working in various clinical settings with individuals and families. This includes Napa State Hospital, residential, emancipation and community based programs, youth corrections, nursing homes and private practice. This experience also includes working within various school districts, serving K-12 students, College and Post Graduate Students, as well as, providing group therapy to at risk students and individuals who have experienced grief and loss.

When I am Not at Work....

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, camping, boating, hiking in the mountains, cooking, and traveling around the world.
