Myra!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist who wants to help you feel better emotionally, make wiser choices, and get your life back on track.

How I Can Help...

I received my Masters degree from Walden University, MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist in the states of Florida, Colorado, and New Hampshire. I am also a Florida Board Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager Supervisor and a Qualified Supervisor.

I have over 23 years of experience in the mental health field including extensive experience working with: adolescents, teens, adults with various mental health issues including substance abuse and anger management, children and adults with developmental disabilities, at-risk youth, foster care families, adoptive families, adults, adolescents involved in the legal system and individuals that have experienced trauma.

My treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy techniques, Art Therapy techniques, Psychoeducation, Group counseling, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Groups, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Couples/Family Counseling.

When I am Not at Work....

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my children, traveling, volunteering at community events that support recovery and mental health awareness.
