Hi, I am

Regina!

How I Can Help...

If you’re experiencing emotional pain from your past that’s impacting your daily life, struggling with managing your thoughts and feelings, or having difficulty coping with social situations, then I want to help you. I'm a direct therapist, with no qualms asking you tough questions, talking about any subject, and helping you push yourself to build healthy coping tools.
I’m an experienced therapist that specializes in working with children (8+), adolescents and adults on issues including traumatic experiences (PTSD), social anxiety, ADHD, depression, sexuality, self-esteem, and those with questions about themselves, their purpose, or identity. My hope for our time together is that we tackle the tough stuff, that you meet your goals, and you live the life you were meant for.
What makes me unique is that my entire practice is online, I want to be able to meet with my clients where they have time and in their most comfortable spaces.

Success for me is when you have accomplished your goals and hit the milestones you and I set together. You shouldn't be in therapy forever. My hope is that you learn to have kindness and compassion for yourself.

When I am Not at Work....

I enjoy spending my time training Jack, a therapy dog and going on hikes throughout Colorado.
