Cherrise!
Hi! I am a licensed School Counselor in PA and WA. I support children and youth in navigating through adolescence and building the skills they need to navigate through the challenges of life.
How I Can Help...
I have over 8 years of experience in education and 4 years as a counselor. My goal is to provide an environment that feels safe, non-judgmental and supportive. I have a passion for trauma-informed care and working with the BIPOC community. I believe in working alongside clients to help them develop the tools necessary to build resiliency, work through anxiety, depression, improve self-confidence, and challenge negative thinking patterns.
When I am Not at Work....
I enjoy spending my free time traveling to new countries, learning about different cultures, and trying new foods. When I'm not traveling you can find me practicing yoga/meditation, reading, listening to podcasts, taking on a new home renovation project, or diving into a new true crime story.
