Hi, I am


I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem and confidence, career difficulties, & coping with life changes. More specifically I've supported clients regarding Body Image Issues, Emotional Eating and Food-Related Issues, Life Purpose, and Developing Self-Love.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in the process as you work toward improved health and well-being.

How I Can Help...

I completed my Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology at Temple University. I initially started out working as a school counselor, supporting adolescents as they navigate the path toward adulthood while also managing challenging experiences and emotions. I then expanded my work to include supporting young adults and adults as they navigate stress, anxiety, burnout, and life changes.

I take a client-centered approach in my work with clients and empower them to uncover their own personal strengths. I believe that each person is an individual with very different needs. I take your needs into account in our work together. I infuse elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy into my work with clients. My goal is for you to feel supported and understood as you explore challenges, uncover your strengths, and accomplish the goals you set for yourself.

When I am Not at Work....

When I'm not at work, you will find me teaching yoga and other fitness classes or spending time outdoors with my family. I especially enjoy spending time veggie gardening in the summer, hiking, and going on spontaneous adventures.
