Hi, I am

Reena!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing TeleMental Health services in 40+ states across the country. I have over 20 years of experience working with a variety of clients and have specialized training in the treatment of trauma. I also have extensive experience helping clients cope with depression, anxiety, family conflict, parenting, and relationship concerns. My hope is to develop supportive relationships with my clients, to safely explore their concerns, and to help them reach both short-term and long-term goals.

How I Can Help...

I am a doctoral-level Psychologist with rigorous training in both clinical work and research. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), focusing on goal-oriented therapy with a practical approach to problem-solving. I work with clients to challenge and change patterns of thinking or behavior, and help individuals learn skills and coping strategies to manage stress and anxiety in their daily lives.

Prior to working in telehealth, I spent several years doing research and training on the treatment of trauma, including sexual assault, physical abuse, and domestic violence. I also have experience working in hospitals, private practice, community mental health, and college campuses. My passion is helping others discover their strengths and unique qualities. I also believe in helping others appreciate new perspectives and ways of approaching challenges.

When I am Not at Work....

My husband and I are parents to three busy teenagers. When I am not driving them around to their activities, I am busy volunteering on my local school board and in my community. In my free time, I enjoy reading, theater, and traveling. My favorite way to spend time off is relaxing on the beach or at the pool with a good book.
