Stephanie!
I’m an experienced and compassionate school counselor with a unique background in business and a strong passion for child development, positive psychology, and mindfulness. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social growth across K–12 settings, always with the goal of helping them thrive both in and out of the classroom.
How I Can Help...
I take a mindful and solution-focused approach to counseling, using strategies that help build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and mental clarity. My goal is to create a calm, inclusive, and supportive space where every student feels safe, seen, and empowered to grow.
I'm passionate about helping students navigate challenges, work through patterns they'd like to change, and develop the tools they need to thrive. Wherever you're at, I'll meet you there — and together, we'll set clear, achievable goals to help you move forward with confidence.
When I am Not at Work....
I love spending time with my awesome family and our two lovable dogs at home. When we're not dashing between sports games and practices, you'll usually find us outside—hiking our favorite trail, exploring nature, or just soaking up the fresh air.
I'm also really into meditation—it’s how I start my day and keep my mind calm and focused. If you're ever curious about meditation or want to try it out, feel free to ask! I'd love to chat about it.
